Whiskey Tasting with Copeland Distillery

Join us at the Court House for a Festival Whiskey Tasting evening. Our friends from Copeland Distillery will be on hand with five of their own locally-produced whiskeys plus small cheese, ham, and chocolate snacks.

The Copeland Distillery, situated on Ireland’s East Coast, is a craft producer of Irish Gin, Rum, Single Malt Whiskey, and Pot Still Whiskey. Inspired by the history and heritage of the local area, the distillery creates innovative tastes and flavour profiles, with its whiskey range featuring a diverse selection of mash bills including single malt, pot still, chocolate malt, and peated malts.

Whiskey samples will include:
