With support from Larks
English indie-folk-rock trio of sisters, Emily, Jessica and Camilla, are acclaimed for their flawless three part harmonies and lyrical song writing, blending British folk with breezy Americana. They have toured with First Aid Kit, Florence and the Machine, The Civil Wars and Ben Howard. After their sell-out show in Bangor Abbey during Open House Festival Bangor in 2013, we look forward to another gorgeous performance punctuated with endearing sisterly banter.
LARKS is the new project from local artist Fiona O’Kane who infuses rhythmic electronic beats with indie sensibilities and heartfelt lyrics. LARKS recently released a cover of the Kate Bush classic Running Up That Hill in her second collaboration with Arvo Party.
This show will finish at 10pm – leaving you plenty of time to check out the local pubs and help support our night time economy. But for those that need to leave town earlier, the last train departs from Bangor station at 10.27pm.
