Sixty years ago the music that we know today as the Blues had been confined to the shelves of your local public library until John Mayall and the Blues Breakers recorded the Beano album featuring a young Eric Clapton and John Mcvie. This kickstarted a worldwide resurgence in the genre. The John Mayall Project is a critically acclaimed collective featuring some of the country’s finest musicians who will perform the Beano album that paved the way for great guitarists including Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page.
