The 1977 play classic punk and new wave covers of songs by the bands whose names you wrote on your canvas school bags, or adorned the button badges pinned to the lapels of your blazer back in the day. To paraphrase Joe Strummer, they were there too, and now they’re bringing it back to you. The band is Bingy & Gerry (Arms of Venus de Milo), Justin (The Foyer Incident), and Andy (Liberty Arcade). If, like them, you remember going into Caroline Music or Woolies to buy the latest single from The Jam, SLF, The Clash or The Pistols, then this is the band for you.
All ages welcome but u18s must be accompanied by an adult Free event no booking required Feel free to bring a picnic, camping chairs, and suncream Train friendly
