Foy Vance is a singer songwriter
from Bangor, County Down.
With a voice somewhere between
Tom Waits and Van Morrison, he has
crept up on an unsuspecting music
scene since the release of his debut
album Hope.
The influence of his early years
touring the southern states of the
USA with his preacher father is
obvious in the blues/gospel style
and themes of his songs, as well
as the powerful and inspirational
delivery of his live shows.

Danny and the Champions of
the World, now on the Loose record
label, are a raggle taggle London
and Oxford-based collective who
deliver a magically uplifting sound
that embraces psychedelic folk and
rock gospel – a mix of heartfelt songs,
big warm harmonies and bizarre face
painting that they label ‘a celebration
of collective yesness’. It will make
you want to wave a lighter and
hug strangers.
